we post orders on tuesdays and fridays.
our delivery charge is $10 AUD flat rate australia wide & $25 AUD flat rate for international delivery.
free delivery for all orders $150+ AUD within australia.
we use australia post to deliver orders. once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. if you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.
we recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. if no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

returns
if you need to return/exchange any item/s you must contact us within 7 days of purchase on info@burrowsfashion.com.au or 0419 585 279.
the item/s you are returning/exchanging must be in resale-able condition so it must not have been worn, washed or have any tags removed or the return will NOT be accepted.
the cost of return shipping of the item/s is your responsibility and should be a registered return as we take no responsibility for damaged or missing return packages.
NO returns are permitted on sale Items, jewellery, or specially ordered stock.
