shipping & delivery

we post orders on mondays and fridays.

our delivery charge is $10 AUD flat rate australia wide & $25 AUD flat rate for international delivery. 

we use australia post to deliver orders. once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. if you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.

we recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. if no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

  • all prices are shown in australian dollars, unless you have selected an alternative currency you will be charged in Australian dollars.

  • please be aware that you may be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs.

  • delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed time frames.  please understand that we are a small business and we do our best.

  • all deliveries are estimates and mrs pete's shed won't be held responsible for customs hold ups that may occur.
