RETURNS MADE EASY
We hope you enjoy your order. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at mrs pete’s shed.
ONLINE PURCHASES
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
• The item(s) are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items.
mrs pete’s shed reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.
mrs pete’s shed are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend sending your item via a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES INSTORE
We offer you the opportunity to return your order in store.
• Please return mrs pete’s shed items to our store.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made using our Buy Now, Pay Later Payment methods – AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY. We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size.
• Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items, Jewellery, swimwear, and bodysuits
INSTORE PURCHASES
REFUNDS
You are able return your item in store and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Items must be returned within 7 days or purchasing in store or 14 days for any online purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.
• Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.

You are able to exchange your item in store or receive a credit note.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store or receiving your order online.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
• Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items. We will be happy to assist on a size exchange on a sale item.
